As part of the Utility Networks Partnership South East Water have created a joint video promoting the Priority Services Register (PSR)

Working together with 11 other water, gas and electricity companies they hope they have come up with an innovative way to help people understand the PSR in very simple terms.

The video clearly sets out who is eligible to sign-up and what services they can expect to receive as a result.

It is crucial to the utility companies do everything they can in order to get the message over to vulnerable people about the extra help that they can all provide when it is needed most.
