NFSP postmasters have achieved a significant milestone in Period 7, surpassing the Evri scan-out Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the first time since the measure was introduced. The network recorded a scan-out performance of 97.3%, comfortably above the 97% target.
Scan-out accuracy plays an important role in ensuring parcels are tracked reliably and customers receive timely updates on their deliveries. Exceeding the SLA strengthens confidence in the post office network, supports service consistency across rural and urban branches alike, and demonstrates the professionalism of postmasters who manage a diverse and often demanding range of responsibilities.
The NFSP highlighted that this achievement reflects focused effort, operational discipline, and the commitment of postmasters to delivering a high-quality parcel service. Members were thanked for their continued dedication and for contributing to an improvement that benefits customers and partners across the network.
About the NFSP
The National Federation of SubPostmasters (NFSP) is the national non-profit representative body for postmasters, offering support, resources, advice, and advocacy to help members run successful post office and retail operations. The organisation works to ensure a strong, sustainable post office network, recognising the essential role that post offices play in communities, particularly in rural areas where they often act as key access points for services.
The NFSP’s work is guided by a clear vision: to be the collective voice of post office operators, offering representation, support, and practical solutions that help members realise the full potential of their businesses. Its mission is to represent postmasters at every level of policy and decision-making, while fostering a community in which members can learn from one another and work together for a more successful future.
