Heart of Village Research

We are doing this by looking at a variety of sources, including Local Authority surveys and reports; national statistical data; community sector examples; trade publications and academic research.

It is hoped that this information will assist Councils and community groups in several ways including:

•    Identifying trends in service provision and assessing the impacts of service losses •    Making  data, information, and research findings more readily available •    Identifying and publicising service provision/ retention successes.
