The Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs have published their second report on rural proofing, examining government action to support the rural economy and rural communities.

The report includes the government’s Levelling Up White Paper and the challenges of the current economic climate and can be accessed here.

The RSN welcomes the publication and the mention of the Rural Prosperity Fund within the document but needs time to explore the content.  We will report back to our members in due course.
