We’re Recruiting: Rural Evidence Analyst

The Rural Services Network (RSN) is recruiting a Rural Evidence Analyst to join our team and support our work as the national champion for rural services.

This part-time, fully remote role will play a key part in sourcing, managing and analysing data, helping to build the evidence base that underpins RSN’s policy work, member support and public engagement. The postholder will work across a wide range of datasets and research, highlighting compelling rural findings and supporting RSN’s advocacy, website, events and engagement with stakeholders.

RSN is the only national body focused specifically on rural services as a whole. We champion rural places by focusing on the services people rely on every day, from local government, health and social care to transport, housing, digital connectivity and net zero. Our work focuses on place and impact, ensuring rural communities are not overlooked in policy, funding and reform, regardless of governance structures and how services are organised.

Through our evidence and insight, RSN provides government, Parliament, the media and our members with a clear understanding of how national policy plays out in rural places, connecting the dots across services and sectors to reflect real-world rural experience.
