This analysis presents midyear population estimates for the years 2005 and 2019 in 5 year age brackets, from age 15, as a proportion of total population. It also presents the percentage change from 2005 to 2019. A comparison between the situation for Predominantly Rural and Predominantly Urban authority types is presented. The analysis allows selection of a number of authority classification and class types for information, as well as the situation for England overall.
