Opportunity: Creative Youth Development Producer (Time to Shine)

Rural Media is recruiting a Creative Youth Development Producer through the Rank Foundation’s Time to Shine Leadership Programme.

This is a 12-month, full-time paid role for someone unemployed or underemployed who wants to build leadership skills through creative production and youth engagement. The role includes coordinating pilot youth podcast projects, helping establish Rural Media’s first Youth Ideas Development Group, and ensuring rural young people’s voices inform creative work. Around 15% of time will be spent on Rank Foundation leadership activities.
