Bookings are now officially open for the National Rural Conference 2025, which will take place online from Monday 15 to Thursday 18 September.
This is the Rural Services Network’s flagship event of the year, bringing together rural decision-makers, practitioners, and advocates for four days of live, interactive sessions focused on the future of rural communities.

Focusing on the overall theme of Reducing Rural Inequalities and Improving Opportunities, the conference aims to bring together Senior Officers and Members from our rural local authorities and those delivering rural services from our member organisations, to discuss, network and learn from each other.
We are delighted to yet again feature a session with the Rt Hon Lord Benyon, the Minister for Rural Affairs, Access to Nature and Biosecurity where delegates will be able to hear his views on the challenges facing rural communities.
The week will include sessions each morning, focusing on different topics of key interest to RSN membership including:
We also have a session by the RSN on Reducing Rural Inequalities and Improving Opportunities along with a dedicated session on the Rural Cost of Living Crisis.
The National Innovation Centre for Rural Enterprise (NICRE) is supporting the Rural Conference this year and will be speaking at the session on Rural Regeneration.
