The attached spreadsheet presents information on mean electricity and gas domestic consumption at the local authority level for the period spanning 2015 to 2018. The data comes from the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy. This analysis looks at the situation for a chosen authority and for the class and classification averages of that authority.
