BT’s National Telecare Campaign is supporting vulnerable and telecare-reliant customers through the nationwide transition from analogue landlines to Digital Voice. The campaign helps identify users who may need additional support, ensuring they aren’t left behind as older infrastructure is phased out.
Launched in June 2025, the campaign is already performing strongly. More telecare users are now being identified by multiple Communications Providers, meaning they will receive tailored support when the time comes to switch to a digital landline.
If you or someone you know relies on a Telecare alarm, it’s crucial to inform your landline provider as soon as possible. Landline providers need this information to ensure customers continue receiving Telecare services without disruption during the switchover.
