    We will give you our perspective on how, in financial comparison terms, your authority is shaping up.  There will be comparative analysis based on the revenue estimate returns made by all authorities.  You may not agree with us, but we hope we are asking the questions your auditor will pose.  It gives you some space and time to evaluate and articulate your position in advance, giving you a clear advantage.

  2. Early financial assessment

    Our KLOE assessment looking at your available data acts as an independent overview. Our perception of your strengths and weaknesses may confirm your worst suspicions or suprise you, but at the very least we hope it will prepare you.

  3. Financial detailing

    We will present three comparison reports annually showing how your authority stands in relation to relevant national financial issues.  We hope these diagrams will assist you to explain and outline complex financial situations to staff and members.
