The postmaster has to provide a better service but he is snowed under already. The time lost waiting to get to the counter is unacceptable for the busy working public. Somehow the service must improve and speed up otherwise banking at the local PO will not get off the ground. The Post Master must see a way to improve his income before he invests in larger premises and more trained staff. Get the basics right and then yes go for it. - R.
